The FirstRand Oxford Blavatnik School of Government Scholarship 2026 for a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford

This scholarship enables one outstanding South African student per year to undertake postgraduate study at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, through a partnership between Wadham College and FirstRand Empowerment Foundation. It is intended for candidates who aim to deepen their understanding of public policy challenges and become effective leaders and changemakers. The fellowship provides full funding and residency at Wadham College for the Master of Public Policy program.

Full funding for tuition and living costs, and residency at Wadham College during the Master of Public Policy program

South African students who are eligible to apply for postgraduate study at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
