Santam Graduate Programme 2026 for young South African graduates

Applications are open for the 2026 Santam Graduate Programme, a 24-month initiative offering structured learning, hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges. It targets young South Africans with degrees in specified fields and provides onboarding, mentoring, and hands-on technical exposure aligned to career paths in actuarial science, data science, engineering, finance, or law.

Santam is looking for exceptional young talent (ages 22–30) with a degree in Finance/Commerce/Risk, Computer/Data Science/Information Systems, Actuarial Science/Mathematical Statistics, Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Law; post-graduate qualifications are welcome.
