Hilton’s PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme 2025

The Hilton PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme is a 24-month structured programme designed to fast track fresh graduates and internal Talent into future engineering leaders. It combines two phases of development with on-the-job experience and requires completing a technical project at the end of each phase.

Mentor support, career development reviews, line manager guidance, leadership and management development, technical development modules, Hilton University modules, group projects, and Hilton Perks including discounted travel.

You will have completed a Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering related Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent by the start of the programme.
