Romanian Government (Undergraduate, Masters & PhD) Scholarships 2025/2026 for study in Romania (Funded)

The Romanian Government offers scholarships for non-EU citizens to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or PhD studies in accredited Romanian higher education institutions. Scholarships are awarded through a competition of files managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Research, covering tuition, accommodation where possible, and a monthly financial aid.
