MBSA Student Internship Programme 2025

The MBSA Student Internship Programme invites graduates to gain professional work experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. The programme targets recently qualified graduates and offers practical work experience across multiple streams, with a view to potential progression into a Graduate Development Programme and mentoring support.

A minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 18 months of practical work experience in a manufacturing environment; opportunity to apply for the Graduate Development Programme; coaching and mentoring support.

South African citizens who have recently graduated and hold a full NQF level 6 or higher in the listed streams; preference for graduates from the Eastern Cape; willingness to work in East London, Eastern Cape.
