Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2026 for Young African Graduates

Applications are open for the 2026 Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme. It is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by two years of skills training designed to develop future leaders, including mentorship, on-the-job training, and a full salary during the programme with the possibility of a destination role within the organization after completion.

Must have less than 2 years of working experience post studies, be 26 years old or younger, be a South African citizen or permanent resident (with encouraged consideration for candidates from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania in those markets), have a minimum of 65% average and a B-degree (NQF 7) or related 3-year National Diploma in specified fields.
