NSP Centrally Sponsored Scheme Of Pre-Matric Scholarship For SC Students (Class 9 and 10), Jammu and Kashmir 2026

NSP Centrally Sponsored Scheme provides a consolidated academic allowance to SC students studying at pre-matric level in Jammu and Kashmir. The allowance is payable up to ₹7,000 per annum and is subject to satisfactory academic performance and at least 75% attendance; attendance is verified Aadhaar-based. The scholarship is renewed in case of illness with a medical certificate, but is available for each class for one year only and may be canceled for false statements, with a requirement to repay disbursed amounts and possible blacklisting.
