Biochemistry International

The Master’s programme in Biochemistry International is offered by the biology and chemistry departments of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (HHU) and the Research Centre Jülich. The program consists of two semesters with 30 credit points each, including a potential three-month research internship and a Master’s thesis in the second semester, culminating in a written and oral presentation. The programme is conducted in English and German, with options to study entirely in English; language training and an international component are provided.

Diploma supplement will be issued; language training provided; free German as a Foreign Language courses; access to campus facilities and student services; information on accommodation and part-time work opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a four-year programme in biochemistry is required.
