Computational Linguistics / Computerlinguistik

ISCL is a leading international programme focusing on computational linguistics, the interdisciplinary combination of linguistics and computer science. The programme includes practical components such as programming and data structures, alongside linguistic foundations, and includes an integrated four-week internship. The Bachelor of Arts in Computational Linguistics is taught in English and prepares students for research at MA or PhD level as well as roles in the language technology industry.

An integrated four-week internship is obligatory; the programme includes English-language courses and key qualification options; students receive a BA and preparation for further study or industry work.

A successfully completed university degree with a focus on computational linguistics or with a major focus on linguistics or computer science, and requirement of good English language competence.
