Equity Initiative Fellowship 2027–2028

The Equity Initiative Fellowship is a fully funded leadership development programme designed to build a new generation of leaders committed to advancing health equity across Southeast Asia and China. It combines immersive in-person learning with online engagement and includes exposure to global health equity experts and peer networking. The Fellowship supports professionals who are passionate about tackling the deeper causes of health inequity and aims to develop leaders who can influence policies, systems, and communities.

Fully funded learning experience, six weeks of in-person learning during the Induction Year, online learning sessions and engagement, leadership development opportunities, exposure to regional and global health equity experts, peer networking, and practical learning experiences.

The programme supports professionals who are passionate about tackling the deeper causes of health inequity.
