Call for Proposals 2026: Climate Adaptation Innovation in Asia Pacific

The Climate Technology Centre and Network (UN CTCN) has launched the Adaptation Fund Climate Innovation Accelerator regional call for proposals for the Asia Pacific region. The programme seeks innovative climate adaptation solutions and will provide tailored technical assistance to selected projects to pilot and strengthen their work. Up to 10 projects will be selected to receive support focused on capacity building, knowledge sharing, and implementation readiness rather than direct cash grants.

Technical assistance from climate specialists, institutional capacity development, knowledge exchange opportunities, access to adaptation resources, guidance throughout project development, and connections with international networks.

Applications are open to organizations located in developing countries that have officially nominated a National Designated Entity under the UNFCCC Technology Mechanism; eligible organizations include government institutions, universities, research institutions, NGOs, private sector companies, civil society organizations, innovation hubs and other bodies involved in climate adaptation.
