Head of Learning & Impact

This is a full-time leadership role based in Leiden, the Netherlands, leading IKEA Foundation’s Learning & Impact function. The Head of Learning & Impact will guide the organisation’s learning and impact agenda, develop systems and practices for organisational learning, and support evidence-based decision making across programmes and partnerships. The position is described as a senior leadership role with responsibilities to influence strategy and evaluation across the Foundation and its global partnerships.
