Monash University PhD Scholarship in Climate Displacement in Australia 2026

Fully funded PhD scholarship hosted by Monash University (Clayton Campus, Melbourne) as part of an ARC-funded research project on climate displacement. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive funding package to focus on doctoral research, including a tax-free stipend and additional research support. The scholarship targets domestic and international students with strong academic backgrounds in related social science disciplines.

Applicants should have a strong academic background in Human Geography or related social sciences, with preference for candidates holding an Australian Honours degree or equivalent, a Master’s with a significant research component, or First Class Honours; must be eligible for admission to a PhD program and enroll as a full-time, on-campus doctoral student; not already holding a PhD.
