The Prince Claus Fund Seed Award 2026 provides a trust-based grant to 100 emerging artists and cultural practitioners to deepen their artistic practice. Each recipient receives a grant of €5,000 to invest in their growth and development in contexts where cultural expression is under pressure.

€5,000 grant to invest in artistic and cultural practice; space and support to deepen practice; autonomy in using the funds.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Applications are open to individual artists and cultural practitioners in the early stages of their career (1 to 5 years, excluding study years) from eligible countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
