Adɔyɛ Research Associate Programme 2026

Researchers across Africa have an opportunity to secure a $5,000 research grant through the Adɔyɛ Research Associate Programme, an initiative of CAPSI at the Wits Business School, University of the Witwatersrand. The programme invites African scholars and researchers to advance knowledge on topics such as women, philanthropy, social investment, and climate philanthropy, and offers funding to conduct original research along with scholarly networking and collaboration opportunities.

Grant funding of $5,000 USD to conduct the proposed research; access to academic collaboration, research seminars, knowledge-sharing engagements, scholarly networking platforms, and visibility within CAPSI’s research ecosystem.

Open to African citizens with demonstrated research experience, including academic researchers, university lecturers, PhD candidates, early-career scholars, independent researchers, and related professionals.

Submit a research proposal aligned with one of four thematic pillars; provide required application materials as specified in the call.
