CDEMA Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2026

The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) invites recent graduates to join the Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2026. The internship is based at the CDEMA Headquarters in Bridgetown, Barbados for 12 to 18 months and includes hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to regional disaster management initiatives. Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend and relocation support for international participants, with an application deadline of 3 July 2026.

Applicants must be nationals or citizens of CDEMA Participating States, aged 21-30, and hold a first degree in Earth Science, Social Science, Disaster Management, or a related field.
