Launch to Work: Africa (L2W) 2026 Employability Programme for Young African Graduates

The Launch to Work: Africa (L2W) 2026 programme is a fully funded employability initiative designed to support young African graduates as they transition from education into the professional world. It is developed through a partnership between SOS Children’s Villages Worldwide and Industry Immersion Africa and includes a structured three-stage journey with internship placements to build workplace skills and professional readiness.

Fully funded participation; internship placement support; professional identity development; workplace readiness skills; career confidence and exposure.

Open to recent graduates and young African professionals from all academic backgrounds who are motivated to build their careers and gain practical employability skills; includes those seeking their first professional opportunity and graduates transitioning into employment.
