Konrad Zuse School of Excellence in Reliable AI (relAI) MSc Program 2026

The Konrad Zuse School of Excellence in Reliable AI (relAI) offers an MSc program in reliable AI, hosted in partnership with Technical University of Munich and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. It provides specialized AI training, professional development, industry exposure, and scholarship support as part of a pathway to pursue a master’s degree through TUM or LMU Munich. Selected students gain access to research integration and mentorship in the field of trustworthy AI.

Scholarship up to €992 per month, travel grants including home travel support, access to research and academic resources, enhanced mentorship and development opportunities.

Applicants must have an excellent bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Data Science / Machine Learning / AI-related disciplines, and a strong interest in reliable AI topics, with certified proficiency in English.

Applicants must independently apply and secure admission to an eligible MSc program at TUM or LMU while also applying for the relAI scholarship.
