CEEP 2026 Grants for Civil Society Projects Combating Online Extremism

The Community Engagement and Empowerment Programme (CEEP) under the EU Internal Security Fund offers grants to civil society-led projects across Europe. It focuses on preventing online radicalisation, strengthening community resilience, and promoting youth engagement, digital safety, and social cohesion. Selected projects can receive substantial funding and support to implement multi-country initiatives.

Funding for multi-year initiatives, opportunities to build international partnerships across at least three EU Member States, enhanced visibility and credibility through EU-supported programming, and capacity-building in research, monitoring, and evaluation.

Open to consortia of organisations, with at least three organisations from three different EU Member States, and at least two of them civil society organisations.

Applications submitted through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal with a structured proposal and required documents.
