SIEF Call for Proposals 2026

The Strategic Impact Evaluation Fund (SIEF) at the World Bank has launched its eighth Call for Proposals focused on EdTech and foundational learning. It funds impact evaluations to generate evidence for policymakers, with an emphasis on rapid, cost-effective studies that test how technology can accelerate early learning outcomes. Two application pathways are available: a Quick Assessment Form for external researchers and a Main Application Form for World Bank Task Team Leaders.
