The OMLA Fellowship Programme 2026 is a leadership development initiative organized under the One Million Leaders Africa movement. It is designed to identify, equip, and connect young Africans to drive sustainable development and socioeconomic transformation across the continent, with a goal of building a network of one million leaders by 2030. The fellowship provides leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities for networking and community impact.

Leadership development through structured training, mentorship, access to a growing network of over 4,000 young African leaders, opportunities to participate in events and alumni networks, and resources to support community-based initiatives.

Open to young Africans who demonstrate passion, commitment, and leadership potential.
