Young Energy Ambassador Programme

The Young Energy Ambassadors (YEA) programme is led by the European Commission and selects young people to engage in European energy policymaking for a one-year mandate. Selected ambassadors participate in policy workshops, outreach activities, a mentorship scheme, and policy dialogues, with travel and accommodation costs covered for EU Sustainable Energy Week activities.

Travel and accommodation costs covered; mentorship; access to a Europe-wide professional network; visibility through media and policy engagement activities; participation in European Sustainable Energy Week.

Applicants must be 18–35 years old and citizens of an EU Member State, an EEA country, or Ukraine, with demonstrated interest or involvement in clean and sustainable energy activities in Europe.
