Mzuzu University Tourism Incubation Centre Opens Applications for MIERA III Business Development Programme

The Mzuzu University Tourism Incubation Centre, in collaboration with GIZ, has opened applications for an intensive Business Development Services incubation programme under the MIERA III project. The programme focuses on strengthening tourism-sector SMEs in Malawi, with emphasis on women, youth, climate resilience, and green transformation, through structured training and mentorship over two months.

Participants will receive structured mentorship, business advisory support, and training in business planning, management, and climate-smart practices; the programme aims to improve competitiveness and sustainability of tourism SMEs.

Applications invited from suitably qualified tourism-related SMEs operating in Malawi; registered or semi-formal businesses are encouraged to apply.
