FemFocus Grant Opportunity 2026–2030

The Government of the Netherlands invites civil society organisations to apply for multi-year funding under the FemFocus programme to strengthen women’s entrepreneurship in Africa. The initiative provides substantial financial resources through grants to support women-led businesses and to address barriers to women’s economic participation, with a focus on capacity strengthening and structural change.

Maximum grant amount up to EUR 27,417,500; total available budget EUR 54,835,000. Only one grant can be awarded per applicant.

Applicants must be civil society organisations established either in the Netherlands or in a low- or middle-income country listed on the OECD-DAC, must be a single applicant per proposal, and must meet capacity and experience requirements specified in the call.
