World Heritage Volunteers 2025 Campaign

The UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers Initiative coordinates action camp projects where national and international volunteers work with local communities to preserve World Heritage sites. The 2025 Campaign runs from April to December 2025 across multiple sites worldwide, led by the UNESCO World Heritage Centre in collaboration with Better World. Volunteers participate in hands-on preservation, awareness-raising activities, and capacity-building related to World Heritage sites.

Participation in a volunteer project at a World Heritage site for 2-4 weeks; involvement in conservation activities; networking with heritage professionals.
