Kader Asmal Fellowship Programme to Study in Ireland

The Kader Asmal Fellowship Programme provides fully funded support for South African professionals to pursue a Master’s degree in Ireland. It targets leadership potential, social justice, and Sustainable Development Goals; it places priority on women and students from historically disadvantaged institutions. The programme covers tuition, fees, airfare, living stipend, accommodation, and related costs through the Canon Collins Trust in partnership with the Embassy of Ireland in South Africa.

South African citizen with at least two years of work experience, holding an honours degree with minimum average 75%, planning to commence a new Master’s programme in Ireland in 2026/2027, and demonstrating leadership potential and commitment to the SDGs.
