Santander's Summer Internship Program

Santander's Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time internship designed for students to gain hands-on experience across various business units. Participants receive professional development, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership, with in-person work at multiple Santander offices in the United States. The program runs during the summer and aims to align interns with the company's strategic goals.

Current students in their penultimate year of study, available to work 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks, with authorization to work in the U.S.
