Obama Foundation Leaders Program 2026-2027

The Obama Foundation Leaders Program is a six-month, virtual leadership development program for regional changemakers. It operates in regional cohorts (Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and United States) and includes group sessions, small group discussions, and individualized leadership coaching to build a values-based foundation for sustained leadership and broader regional impact.

Participants gain leadership development through six months of virtual programming, including full group sessions, small group discussions, and individualized leadership coaching, plus access to a global network of changemakers.

Changemakers between the ages of 24 and 45 from the Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and United States regions who want to deepen leadership skills and connect with other leaders are invited to apply.
