UTokyo ADB Japan Scholarship 2025

Fully funded scholarship for master's studies at the University of Tokyo, funded by the Government of Japan and managed by the Asian Development Bank. It targets applicants from ADB member countries pursuing graduate studies in areas such as management, science, economics and technology. The scholarship covers tuition, living allowances and travel, with selection based on admission to an approved master's program at participating institutes.

Open to applicants from ADB member countries who have secured admission to an approved master’s course and meet the program’s criteria, including university admission, good academic record, and relevant work experience.

Admission to an approved master’s program is required; there is no separate application for the scholarship beyond the institute admission process
