Mastercard Foundation Scholars MSc-HPE Program 2025-2026 at UGHE

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars MSc-HPE Program 2025-2026 at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is a Master of Science in Health Professions Education program designed for experienced educators and academic leaders in Africa. It is a fully funded pathway that uses a blended online and in-person model, focusing on leadership, policy, and educational innovation in health professions education.

Applicants must be 35 or under at the time of application (exceptions for applicants with disabilities); must be residents and citizens or hold refugee status in an African country; must have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; professional experience in teaching or educational leadership is preferable; must provide institutional endorsement if currently employed; applicants who already hold a master’s degree are not eligible.
