Hans Foundation Young Professionals Program for Indians

The Hans Foundation Fellowship Program is a one-year fellowship that places young professionals with THF’s NGO partners to gain field exposure and contribute to social development projects. The program includes an orientation and training, followed by an 11-month placement with host organizations, and periodic reviews. Fellows receive a stipend, travel support, medical insurance, and assistance with accommodation, along with mentorship and opportunities to develop program-management and leadership skills.

Open to Indian citizens aged 21-28 at the time of application, with postgraduate/masters qualifications; willing to be placed anywhere in India.
