Get Ready for Japan HRTP

The Get Ready for Japan HRTP is a training programme organized by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation. It targets EU managers or executives from industrial companies to gain an in-depth understanding of doing business in Japan, including a mission to Japan and related seminars. The programme combines online and in-person sessions during 2025, with a focus on preparing participants for engagements with Japanese partners and markets.

Coverage of training-related costs by the programme; €1200 grant; exposure to management practices and potential networking with Japanese partners; in-depth understanding of doing business in Japan.

Citizens of EU Member States or COSME partnering countries who are supported by their employer, and who are managers or executives in an industrial company with good English; applicants should have proven experience in industry.
