Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) action

The Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) action supports international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships between organisations active in the field of higher education. It aims to benefit higher education institutions in third countries not associated to the Programme by improving quality, relevance, and employability, through three strands: fostering access to cooperation, partnerships for transformation, and structural reform projects.

Project funding to develop and reform higher education with international cooperation; capacity building and potential for regional and cross-regional collaboration.

Higher education institutions (HEIs) or organisations of HEIs can participate; projects may involve consortia across multiple regions in eligible partner countries.
