Piloting a Skills Guarantee for Workers in Transition

The Piloting a Skills Guarantee for Workers in Transition is a transnational call launched by the European Commission under the ESF+ Social Innovation+ initiative. It aims to support consortia of organisations to implement policies and actions that help workers in transition and address shortages in strategic sectors. Each eligible project receives a grant to develop and pilot such guarantees across participating member states and associated countries.

Financial support for eligible projects; partial funding coverage (80%).

Only consortia are eligible. Each consortium must consist of at least three organisations: one applicant (coordinator) and at least two co-applicants. The consortium must include at least one national or regional public authority as applicant, co-applicant or associated partner, established in the same country as the applicant or one of the co-applicants, and responsible for implementing policies relevant to the aim of the Call. The applicant, acting as the coordinator, must be established in an EU Member State. Eligible countries for co-applicants and associated partners include EU Member States, certain non-EU countries, and associated/negotiated partners as specified.

All applications must be submitted online via the Portal eSInnis (Electronic Social Innovation Information System).
