AERC PhD Thesis Research Scholarship for Africans, 2023-2024

The AERC PhD Thesis Research Scholarship provides support for PhD thesis research to African graduate students registered in a PhD degree program in Economics. It targets students whose thesis research proposal is on human capital development in Africa and allows research spanning Africa or specific countries/regions. Applicants must be enrolled at one of the listed CPP universities and meet the specified academic requirements.

Open to African graduate students registered in a PhD degree program in Economics at CPP universities listed by AERC; applicants must have admission to one of the listed CPP universities and meet the stated academic requirements.

Applicants must apply for admission directly to the respective CPP universities and upload the required documents to the AERC scholarship portal after admission.
