NHSC Scholarship

The NHSC Scholarship is a full-ride scholarship for U.S. post-secondary students pursuing a career in primary health care. The scholarship covers all tuition and fees and provides stipends for living expenses and other educational costs, with a service commitment after graduation in an NHSC-approved site located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). The program is highly competitive and supports education in designated health fields such as physician, dentist, nurse practitioner, nurse midwife, and physician assistant tracks.

All tuition and fees paid; monthly living stipend; annual stipend for educational costs; service commitment after graduation in NHSC-approved sites in HPSAs.

US Citizens or US Nationals enrolling as a full-time post-secondary student in an eligible primary health care program.
