HSBC Apprenticeship Programme – Platforms and Projects (Mumbai)

The HSBC Apprenticeship Programme – Platforms and Projects is a 12-month, office-based apprenticeship in Mumbai within HSBC’s International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) Credit Cards team. It provides hands-on experience in platform stability, business reporting, automation and strategic projects related to credit card onboarding and servicing. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards, supporting incident/complaint management and participating in requirements, UAT and process mapping tasks.

A 12-month apprenticeship with practical experience in platform stability, business and risk reporting, automation, and strategic credit-card projects; experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL is supported.

Recent graduates within 5 years of completing a Bachelor's degree; degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Economics or related fields preferred; no prior work experience required.
