Eiffel Excellence Scholarships 2026

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarships 2026 is a fully funded program for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees at top French universities. It is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and covers tuition fees, monthly stipends, travel expenses, health insurance, and cultural activities. The scholarship targets academically strong students with leadership potential in fields including engineering, law, economics, and political sciences.

Monthly allowances (Master’s and Doctoral levels), accommodation assistance, travel support, health insurance, and access to France’s academic resources and networks.

Open to international students who apply through a French university for a Master’s or PhD program; age limits apply (25 or younger for Master’s, 30 or younger for PhD).

Applicants must identify a French university offering an accredited Master’s or PhD program and have the university submit the application to Campus France on their behalf.
