Excelsior Scholarship 2027

The Excelsior Scholarship 2027 is a New York State-funded program that enables eligible students to attend SUNY or CUNY institutions tuition-free, with the Enhanced Tuition Award providing additional assistance for participating private colleges. It aims to make undergraduate education more affordable for middle-income families by waiving undergraduate tuition costs and offering tuition support through ETA where applicable.

For private colleges, ETA provides additional tuition assistance up to $6,000 per year.
