TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship Programme (RUFORUM Mastercard Foundation) for 2026/2027 across 12 African Universities

The TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship Programme provides postgraduate funding across twelve African universities for studies related to agriculture and rural development for the 2026/2027 academic year. It is targeted at African students pursuing postgraduate study with emphasis on increasing agricultural capacity and development on the continent. The programme is backed by RUFORUM in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.
