Heilongjiang University Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) 2026 intake

The Heilongjiang University Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) 2026 is a fully funded merit-based scholarship for international students to pursue Master’s or PhD studies in China, covering tuition, on-campus accommodation, medical insurance, and a monthly living stipend. It is part of China’s High-Level Postgraduate Program and targets applicants from around the world. Selected candidates receive admission letters and visa support for September 2026 entry.

Open to international (non-Chinese) students who hold a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s or a Master’s degree for PhD, with age and academic requirements as specified by the CSC and the university.

Submit application online through the CSC Study in China portal, select Program Type B, and use the Accepting Agency Code 10212 for Heilongjiang University; also complete university pre-admission steps.
