İBB Genç İstanbul Kısa Film Yarışması

The IBB Young Istanbul Short Film Competition is organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for young people. It accepts short fictional or documentary films up to 20 minutes in length, with themes around youth and hope, submitted by individuals aged 18 to 29 who reside in Istanbul or study there. Winners receive a range of prizes including cameras, laptops and tablets.

Prize categories include a professional digital camera, a laptop, a tablet, additional tablets, and several analog cameras; winners are awarded at a ceremony.

Participants must be between 18 and 29 years old and must reside in Istanbul or be enrolled as students in Istanbul.

Submit entries online, with film files, required documentation and submission materials; submissions are handled through an online platform (FilmFreeway) per instructions.
