Power the Community International College Design Competition 2025-2026

An international college design competition hosted by Energy Mentors. Teams design energy infrastructure and livable housing for a community of about 2,000 families, with the aim of affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy access. The event offers a prize pool and opportunities to gain certifications and showcase their work to industry partners.

US$10,000 grand prize to the winning team; total prize pool of US$31,000; certifications; exposure to industry partners; opportunity to showcase design to professionals.

Teams may form ad hoc and need not be officially sponsored by a university; team members can be undergraduate, graduate, or non-degree students, and faculty/professionals should not directly contribute to the results.
