IEEE 28th Electronics Packaging Technology Conference (EPTC)

The IEEE Electronics Packaging Technology Conference (EPTC) is an international event organized by the IEEE RS/EPS/EDS Singapore Joint Chapter and co-sponsored by the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society.
