AIPH World Green City Awards 2026

The AIPH World Green City Awards 2026 is a global awards program for cities where plants and nature are central to urban design and operation. It invites city authorities to enter public initiatives across seven categories, with three finalists and a category winner in each, plus one overall Grand Winner. Winners receive a certificate and trophy, recognition through AIPH channels, and opportunities to showcase their work at global platforms.

Finalists and winners are featured on the AIPH website and related channels; winners receive an award certificate and a trophy; recognition and profiling through partners and media; city work displayed at an international expo pavilion; up to 4 complimentary gala tickets for winners.

Submissions must be compiled and submitted by a representative acting on behalf of the city authority, typically the Mayor's office or a relevant department, who can register and submit the entry with a Mayoral Declaration.

Cities register a profile on the online entry submission portal and complete the entry form in English, potentially with supporting evidence such as images or publications. A Mayoral Declaration is required at submission.
