The MEST Africa Challenge is a Pan-African pitch competition for early-stage technology startups aiming to scale. Finalists pitch to a live audience of investors and ecosystem leaders, with benefits including equity funding and access to the MEST Portfolio, plus potential pilot opportunities with Absa and partner prizes.

Leistungen

Chance to win $50,000 in equity; entry into the MEST Portfolio; potential commercial pilot pathways with Absa; prizes and perks from sponsors.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Early- to growth-stage startups, in operations for less than 3 years, with at least US$5,000 MRR and up to US$1 million in cumulative funding, operating in at least one specified African market, and at least two co-founders who can pitch in English.
