IPD-STEMA Post-doctoral Fellowship

The IPD-STEMA Post-doctoral Fellowship is a two-year research fellowship hosted by the University of Liège to attract international early-career researchers. It supports projects in sciences, technologies, engineering, mathematics and agro-biotechnologies and provides a research environment with personalized career support. Fellows conduct original research within ULiège laboratories under the supervision of a host promoter.

Two-year monthly tax-exempt stipend; full social security and health insurance; annual research budget of €5,000; travel costs related to the project covered; personalized career support and access to ULiège research environment.

Applicants must hold a PhD obtained less than four years prior, comply with the European Commission mobility rule, not have resided or worked in Belgium for more than 12 months in the last 3 years, and present an original research project in STEM or agro-biotechnologies.

Identify a ULiège host laboratory and promoter; prepare CV, research proposal, promoter letter and certified diplomas; submit the complete dossier electronically via the dedicated online platform before the September deadline; evaluation by international experts and possible interview.
