Terrou-bi resort Dakar is recruiting an Assistant (e) quality & food safety ISO 22000 (01) H/F. The role includes monitoring the application of defined measures, updating internal procedures, and supporting quality-related activities in line with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP principles. The candidate should have engineering training in agro-food, microbiology, or quality management, with experience in quality systems and familiarity with HACCP; responsibilities include quality inspections, audits, and coordination of corrective actions.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Diplôme d’ingénieur en agroalimentaire, microbiologie, ou gestion de la qualité; expérience souhaitée dans les systèmes de sécurité et HACCP.
