The GIM-UEMOA invites applications for the position of Back Office Manager (H/F) on a permanent contract based in Dakar. The role involves managing back-office operations for regional monetary transactions, ensuring compliance with regional and international standards, and supporting member institutions in back-office activities. Candidates should have a BAC+5 level degree and substantial banking experience, with responsibilities including transaction processing, risk awareness, reporting, and training of members and partners.

Citizenship of one of the UEMOA countries; a BAC+5 (Master professionnel ou diplôme d’Ingénieur) in Finances, Informatique, Administration et Management or equivalent; at least 7 years of professional banking experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
