IF Café 2025 – Appel d’offres

The Institut Français du Gabon launches a call for proposals to select a food entrepreneur to start or develop a cafe-restaurant operation within a cultural venue in Libreville. The space includes an indoor area of 100 m² and a 210 m² outdoor terrace, aiming to offer a gourmand and accessible cuisine with a diverse beverage offering. The start date is set for November 1, 2025, and the application deadline is August 22, 2025 at midnight.

Only complete applications will be considered; a selection commission will review submissions in early September.
